We agree the list of pages together at your consultation, based on what your business actually needs, so you know exactly what's included before we start.
Hosting, the security certificate, small updates such as prices, opening hours, photos and menu items, and fixes if anything breaks. Bigger changes, like new pages, are quoted before any work starts.
No. It's optional and there's no minimum term, so you can cancel at any time. We do recommend it: without it, any changes you need are charged at our standard rate, which works out higher than the discounted price you get on the plan.
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and you pay its yearly fee directly, and the finished site belongs to you.
